Terms & conditions

These terms govern the wheelie bin cleaning service provided by The Bin Piggies. By signing up you agree to them.

The service

• We clean the bins on your chosen plan, scheduled around your council collection day.
• Bins must be left accessible after they have been emptied.
• We clean weekdays after collection; we don't usually clean weekends.
• A minimum of two wheelie bins applies to the standard plan.

Payment

• After sign-up we email a secure Stripe payment link for your plan.
• Choose monthly Direct Debit or pay upfront for 6 or 12 months.
• Prices are as shown at sign-up; extras are charged as listed.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Pay-upfront plans run for their chosen term. Contact us to make changes.

Rewards

Referral and street rewards apply as described on our rewards page. Rewards are not backdated and extra bins are charged at the normal price.

Liability

We take care with your property and contain all wastewater. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to bins or for bins not left accessible on the day.
