It's regular, scheduled bin cleaning priced by plan. Choose monthly Direct Debit or pay upfront for 6 or 12 months. Cleans happen after your collection day.

We align your clean with your council collection day for your postcode. If your waste and recycling are collected on different weeks, they're usually cleaned on separate visits. We confirm your dates when you sign up.

No. We use eco-friendly, non-bleach products and a hot-water clean that kills germs and bacteria, finishing with a fresh fragrance to neutralise odours.

We pressure-wash the inside and outside of your bin with hot water, which sanitises the plastic and kills germs, bacteria and the cause of nasty smells. Wastewater drains away safely — no mess or run-off left on your driveway.

After your collection day, Monday to Friday. We don't usually clean at weekends (occasionally possible by arrangement).

A minimum of 2 wheelie bins (general waste + recycling) for the standard plan.

No — just leave your bins accessible after they've been emptied. Add any access notes (like a side gate) when you sign up.

After you sign up we email you a secure Stripe payment link for your chosen plan. No card details are taken on this website.

Yes! Refer a neighbour and you'll earn credit towards your monthly cleans when they sign up. And when 5 or more homes on your street join, everyone moves to a lower street price.

We're currently rolling out across the Borough of Elmbridge in Surrey, and expanding across the country soon. Check the Areas page — and if you're not listed yet, sign up and we'll let you know as soon as we reach your street.

Most customers choose a regular monthly clean, but you can also book a one-off clean or a less frequent schedule — every 6 months or longer. You pick what suits you when you sign up.

Absolutely. Choose a one-off clean if you just want a refresh, or set up a regular schedule for ongoing freshness. There's no long contract.

No problem — our hot-water jet wash handles built-up grime, and we'll always make sure your bins go back genuinely clean and deodorised, however grim they started.

Yes, we're fully insured and our service providers are trained to our hygiene and safety standards.
