Choose your plan and bins in our quick wizard and tell us your address. Takes about two minutes.
We confirm & send payment
We check your street against your council collection day, then email you a secure Stripe payment link and your first clean date.
Pop on your bin QR stickers
You get branded QR stickers for your bins. Your cleaner scans them on arrival so the right bins are cleaned and logged to your home.
Bin-day reminder
Around your bin day we remind you to leave your emptied bins accessible — kerbside or an agreed spot.
We clean, sanitise & deodorise
After collection we hot-wash your bins inside and out, killing germs, then finish with a fresh fragrance. Wastewater drains away safely — no mess left behind.
Fresh bins, job done
Your gleaming bins are returned tidy and ready to use. Your cleaner marks the job complete with before/after photos — viewable in your dashboard.
How your regular cleaning works
We usually clean shortly after the council empties your bins. If waste and recycling are collected on different weeks, they're cleaned on separate visits.
